MAXToch flashlights enjoy a worldwide warranty service. Within 12 months of receipt, MAXToch offers a free repair service. Please note warranty is voided by the following:
1. Damage caused by disassembly or modification without permission.
2. Damage caused to the appearance of the product by misuse or accidental occurrence (such as drops or impacts).
3. Damage caused by incorrect battery insertion (reverse polarity) or battery.
Notice
1. Don't shine the eyes straightly as the powerful light could cause a permanent injury.
2. Don't disassemble the lamp frequently, in case of damaging the reflector or the bulb.
3. The maximum mode of super-bright flashlights (>1000 Lumen) is intended for short term usage and should not be used for more than 15 minutes at one time.
4. Please release the batteries and keep them dry and cool when you won't use the flashlight for a time.
How to Maintain MAXToch Flashlight
1.Clean the threads with a clean cloth and apply thin coat of silicon based lubricant every 6 months.
2. Wash the flashlight (make sure the flashlight is well screwed on and no water can sink in) by clean water after using in the seawater or causticity liquid, and dry it by hot air.
3. When the tailcap doesn't rotate smoothly, put some silicone grease on the "O" ring (you can buy the silicon grease in the outdoor shops, most of the hardware shops or our retail shops that sell the MAXToch flashlights).
4. Please release the batteries and keep them dry and cool when you wouldn't use the flashlight for a time.
