PRICE:

1. Get a wholesale price, which is surely lower than market level.

2. Get a discount according to the total amount of each order you purchased.

WARRANTY:

1. The warranty period will be extended to 2 years, instead of 1 year. We offer FREE repair within 2 years of purchase if problems develop with normal use.

2. 15 days FREE replacement: We will repair or replace a flashlight within 15 days of purchase if it is afflicted with a manufacturing defect. If the problem calls for a replacement, we will replace the flashlight with the same model as the one sent in. If the model has been discontinued, customers will receive a product with similar or improved performance.

3. Limited lifetime warranty: If problems develop after 24 months of the purchase date, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is assessed according to the cost of the replaced materials. Maintenance labor costs for FREE.

OEM SERVICE:

1. We offer OEM service. Several new-design products are excluded according to company’s rule.

2. If the purchasing quantity is larger than 100pcs/ITEM, the OEM service is for FREE.

SAMPLE SERVICE:

1. If more than 25pcs of any item are purchased, or the total amount of a sample order is more than USD500.00, we will charge bulk fee.

OTHER SERVICES:

1. Deliver priority service.

2. New-design products service.

To be our distributor, you are required:

1. An entity or online shop. Experience in selling flashlights or similar products.

2. Annual purchasing total amount reaches USD50,000.

3. Selling our products in priority.

We will stop distributor cooperation, if:

1. You stop dealing with our products.

2. The annual total amount doesn’t reach USD50,000 for continuous two years.

3. Any dishonest behavior.
